As a traditionalist i find it better to dress properly for work. Non of your dress down Fridays here!!
The usual level of attire is a 2 or 3 piece suit, dependent on the temperature.
I always wear Braces and of course all the other accessories such as armbands, sock suspenders, cufflinks, tie pin, silk pocket aquare... For the slightly more fomal style I may add a pocket watch, key chain, monocle...
